Where are the products made of?

All products are locally made. If you have specific questions about each product, we will be happy to direct you to our partner brand so he or she can answer your questions more thoroughly.

How do I order?

Choose the products that you want to order, select quantity then click "Add to Cart". Check out when you have finalized your orders and are ready to pay.

How do I pay?

You may pay using your credit card through PayPal or deposit in BDO or Metrobank.  We also accept Gcash payment.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the Philippines. Shipping fee is P90 within Metro Manila and P130 for provincial areas.

How long does it take to deliver orders?

We ship 2 days after payment has been made. Courier delivers within 3-5 days. If by chance your preferred item is sold out, give us at least 7 to 10 days to replenish the stocks in our website.

Due to Covid, kindly expect delays in delivery. 

What is your packaging?

Every product is packed in official K-Bang! packaging.  

What is your return policy

If you're unhappy with your order or the product is damaged in transit, send us an email as soon as your package arrive so that we can reach a resolution together. 

Exchanges will be allowed only if they are arranged within a week of receiving the product.  Return shipping cost will be on the customer.
